本片為張徹導演，並與倪匡聯合編劇，演員除羅莽、江生、郭追、孫建、鹿峰一眾《五毒》演員之外，尚有曹達華客串。故事描述土匪出身的軍人韓佩昌(王力飾)發動叛變，殺死師長楊宗，竊居其位，楊家只得長子大英一人(羅莽飾)逃出生天。大英志切報仇，結果未得手已告命喪；其好友陳風(江生飾)、梁國仁(郭追飾)、傅全義(鹿峰飾)、辛成(孫建飾)決替其復仇……。影片主要讲述了家境贫困的自闭症少年小明遭遇家庭变故，变得更加无助。小明的堂哥大明也恰遇工作与爱情双双陷入逆境。大明和学校的老师同学一起帮助小明通过跆拳道重新找回快乐时光 ，同时大明自己也成长了的故事。。Baby Annie is HIV positive and has been left in the hospital by her drug addicted mother.
