这是五月天首次将自己的“变形 DNA 无限放大版”的全球巡回演唱会搬上了大银幕，并采用了3D技术。在这部以五月天演唱会为主线的电影里面，穿插了三个小故事： 广州，一位经营咖喱鱼蛋的父亲（林雪 Suet Lam 饰），面对宝贝女儿疯狂的追星行为最初完全无法理解，由此激化了父女之间的矛盾。不过父亲永远是爱女儿了，最终还是支持了女儿独自前往上海的追星之行。 台北，一个被爱情深深伤害的出租车司机（任贤齐 Richie Ren 饰），却因为遇到了一位神秘的女乘客，在台北街头展开了一场奇异的旅程。短暂的旅途过后，两个陌生人的距离逐渐被拉近…… 上海，勤快的快递员（周咏轩 Wasir Chou 饰）每日辛苦工作，穿梭于上海的大街小巷。每天的所得，他都会拿出很大一部分存起来，就是为了能圆已逝妹妹的心愿，去看一场五月天的演唱会。。1779.
