相传民间有一类人，他们能行走阴阳、通晓鬼神，谓之走阴人，小沈师傅沈小寒便是其中的一员。沈小寒秉承师父的遗愿护送师父的骨灰回老家安葬，在归乡的路上途经一户人家，得知此处有一女鬼作怪，主人吴老汉深受其害苦不堪言，吴老汉知晓走阴人的本事，遂请求小沈师傅前来驱鬼……。節目一連兩集，由新晉演員郭嘉駿（193）主持，找來當紅網絡影評人一同「講經」，由四個角度︰「港產大片」、「社會議題」、「人生處境」、以及「賀歲片」去切入，賞析論盡本屆金像獎（第43屆）的入圍電影。當中也有外景環節，訪問《香港四徑大步走》導演Robin Lee，談談紀錄片在香港市場定位；主持亦會帶領觀眾參觀《九龍城寨之圍城》的電影展覽，分析作品揚威海外的原因，展望將來。。A group of recent grads head out on a late night drive for grub, hoping to enjoy one final hangout before their paths diverge.
