在犯罪横行的世界里，存在着唯一一个没有罪犯的小镇太平镇，没有黑帮敢踏进太平镇一步，太平镇成为了人们心目中的世外桃源。从小听太平镇传说长大的吴正义每日苦练，立志成为太平镇中英雄的一员。吴正义在“正义救星”中心的老板雄先生（女）的帮助下，顺利通过了太平镇的英雄考核，在执行正义过程中，他发现太平镇实际上是为了一己私欲镇压百姓的真正黑帮，不靠谱的骗子老板雄先生实际上一直在保护弱者。认清真相的吴正义联手暗中帮助百姓的雄先生（女）击败了太平镇的私人英雄首领英小姐。。In this bitingly satirical film Peter Slovan, a continuous source of trouble for the film functionaries of the socialist Slovakia, tackles an evergreen topic – the corruptive effects of power. Barnabáš Kos, a triangle player at a symphonic orchestra, is suddenly promoted to serve as the head of the said institution, even though both he and his superiors deem him completely unfit for the task. Encouraged in equal parts by this unexpected recognition and the servile praise of his colleagues, Kos’s modesty starts to gradually vanish. The erstwhile bashful and aloof percussionist quickly becomes aware of the advantages of his new office, and begins to realise his increasingly ludicrous artistic ambitions. Ultimately, the submissive marionette turns into a source of public humiliation, and his astonishing career finds an abrupt end. Orchestra serves here as a microcosm that grotesquely reflects the absurd and tragicomic mechanisms of the paranoid apparatus of power.
